"Sunset over Valensole" ("Couchant sur Valensole" in French), it's all in the title! All the warm nuances of the summer sun setting over the Valensole plateau, covered in lavender, buzzing with all the life of little creatures having a great time in the sweet calyxes.

Specifics of the yarn and the dye
Hand washing is recommended. Machine washing is possible on a wool/delicate cycle, cold, but only for superwash bases.
The dyes are carefully fixed, but some colors may bleed slightly, especially reds, fluorescent pinks and purples, and turquoise. Therefore, I recommend hand washing your projects separately for the first few washes.
Our "matched" colors are primarily hand-dyed. Some variation between dye lots is inevitable. We recommend ordering the number of skeins needed for your project in a single order.
