SHIPPING and DELIVERIES
IN-STOCK ITEMS
Pre-dyed items in stock are shipped twice a week. You will receive your order's tracking number once it has shipped.
We are not responsible for any delivery delays once the order has shipped.
CUSTOM-DYED COLORS
"Custom Dye," "Seasonal Colors," and
made-to-measure colors are dyed within approximately 3 to 4 weeks. Thank you for your patience!
We will contact you as soon as the items are ready, before shipping.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AND CUSTOMS
Any customs and import duties are the responsibility of the buyer. Please check with your country's customs office beforehand to see if any additional fees will apply.
We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by customs.
LOSS OF A PACKAGE BY THE CARRIER
Once the package is marked as accepted by the carrier, Ars Natura is not responsible for its potential loss.
To offer you the lowest shipping costs, packages are shipped without insurance; therefore, free reshipment is not possible. An insured shipping option is available to guarantee the value of the package and its replacement with a brand new one in case of loss. Please subscribe to this option if you feel it is necessary!
RETURNS
Returns of skeins and accessories are possible within 7 working days, please contact us to initiate the return of the items. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless there is an obvious error on our part.
We do not accept returns of skeins once spooled or altered in any way from their original formatting. Any item received altered, stained or damaged in any way will not be accepted.
Personalized and made-to-measure orders are not accepted for return.
When your return is received and accepted, you can choose between replacing it with other items (shipping costs at your expense), a purchase credit on our site, or a bank refund (refund of returned items only, excluding shipping costs incurred during the order and its return)
We nevertheless hope that your order will bring you complete satisfaction and that we will not have to process a return :)
