IN-STOCK ITEMS
Items already dyed, in stock, are dispatched within 3 working days. You will receive the
tracking number for your order when it ships.
We are not responsible for delays possible delivery, once the order has been dispatched.
DYE-ON-DEMAND COLORS
The articles "Dye on demand", "Seasonal colors" and the
bespoke colors are dyed within approximately two weeks. Thank you for your patience !
We contact you as soon as the items are ready, before shipping.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AND CUSTOMS
Any customs and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyers, please inquire beforehand if additional charges will apply, after the customs service of your country.
We are not responsible for any delays in delivery caused by customs.
Returns
Returns of skeins and accessories are possible within 7 working days, please contact us to initiate the return of the items. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless there is an obvious error on our part.
We do not accept returns of skeins once spooled or altered in any way from their original formatting. Any item received altered, stained or damaged in any way will not be accepted.
Personalized and made-to-measure orders are not accepted for return.
When your return is received and accepted, you can choose between replacing it with other items (shipping costs at your expense), a purchase credit on our site, or a bank refund (refund of returned items only, excluding shipping costs incurred during the order and its return)
We nevertheless hope that your order will bring you complete satisfaction and that we will not have to process a return :)
